$5.99 Summer Short Find | #OOTD 🌼🌸

Happy Wednesday my lovely blogging friends. I hope your week so far has been filled with nothing other than happy positive moments. I’ve complete one of my summer classes this week and It honestly flew on by. I’ll be starting two more in about a week. I’m excited for the change of pace. It’s a beautiful summer afternoon and I’m happy to be sitting here writing to you beauties. Anyways, I’m back here ready to share my newest summer find. They’re these adorable trendy striped shorts. Let’s get into it, shall we!?

Okay, first off… THESE SHORTS WERE UNDER $6.00!! I’m still in complete shock. When I saw them sitting on a feature, I assumed they’d be way more expensive considering the brand (Olive + Oak) and the quality of the shorts. Essentially I fell in love with them at first sight, they reminded me of something I’d find at Francesca’s. But the price is ultimately what sold me, I mean how could I pass them up? *This is a phrase I’ve come to say a lot…*

These darling shorts paired perfectly with this cream tank top I originally picked up for the Sam Hunt concert but decided against. I LOVE how it looks like my shirt is tucked into my shorts, but really it just cinches at my waist line. The shorts tie off too which helps for the perfect fit. For $5.99, I couldn’t go wrong. It just goes to show, if you look at the right stores and think creatively, you can find the best clothing pieces to add to your closet at an affordable price. I could also easily dress these shorts up with some wedges, but for a simple day, tan strappy sandals were more than perfect.
