Hi, Y’all.
What a beautiful day it is to be sitting outside in the sunshine, sipping an iced coffee and writing a blog post. It seems as if though the weather here in PA has finally given us more than just a taste of warm weather. That’s right, I think it’s here to stay and you already know I am jumping up and down with joy. Also, my semester from hell is dwindling down to the last couple classes. Yes, yes, yes so many good things happening and I’m feeling very blessed. I hope everyone is feeling similar to me! Aside from that little update, I’m here with a new blog post sharing an outfit and also sharing my new hair for the spring weather. I hope y’all enjoy!
Jumpsuit: Gabes ($19.99)
Sandals: Express — Gabes ($6.99)
Necklace: Forever 21 ($0.50)
Purse: Altar’d State ($15.95)
I’ve always loved jumpsuits, they’re like maxi dresses but without having to worry that anyone will see your goods when the wind decides to blow your dress all over the place. I mean really, jumpsuits are cute, comfy and downright awesome
*UNLESS*
you’re 5’2 like me.
Then, we have a problem. The bottom of your jumpsuit will be dragging all over the ground. You can try to wear heels.. but the pants always cover my shoes. Luckily, the biggest trend this year for spring are Capri jumpsuits and needless to say, I’m obsessed. They’re easy to wear for us short girls, hallelujah! You can find them almost anywhere: Target, Forever 21, Marshalls, TJMaxx, Charlotte Russe, Urban Outfitters, H&M, you name it! Throw one on with some sandals and you’re good to go for the day.
Aside from my outfit, my favortie part of this entire look and every look lately would easily be my hair. Recently, I was offered a collaboration from a new hair salon in my area and this has hands down been my favortie collaboration to date.
So, for all my local girls who are out looking to get their hair done for spring and summer, look no further. Jess’s salon in Castle Shannon is affordable, yet completely luxurious. L.A.B Salon + Brow Studio is the most aesthetically pleasing salon I’ve ever been to. It was like a Pinterest post in real life. You can tell Jess put her creativity not only throughout work but her salon as well. It’s filled with calm colors, plants around every corner, and a friendly staff. It was also very clean and welcoming. Jess gave me exactly what I wanted in my balayage and made sure I was nothing but happy beyond words when I left. My brassy hair is now gone and I do not miss it one bit! Not to mention, all of her products are cruelty-free beauty brands such as Pravana, Oribe, and R&Co. That way you can look amazing and feel good about your products too. I will be a continuous customer and I think all my local PGH gals should check out L.A.B Salon + Brow Studio too! I wholeheartedly mean that.

Beautiful hair completes every outfit, so I owe a huge thank you to Jess for collabing with me. I’m in love with my hair and can’t wait for my next appointment!
That’s all in today’s post. My thankfulness for your support is truly endless. Don’t forget to leave links to your blogs and instas, as I would love to check them out and follow you all and connect more. As always, feel free to shoot me a message with blog requests, to chat, or share a simple comment. Sending lots of love and positive thoughts to you guys now and always. Xoxo.
