Hi, friends.
💛🍂🎃🌼🍃
Welcome back or welcome if you’re new here! My name’s Lex and I’m SO glad you decided to stop by my little corner of the internet. First off, Happy OCTOBER, happy spooky month, 31 days of Halloweenie, or good ol’ trick or treating month! In honor of my favortie month starting, I’m here to share one of my ‘go to” outfits for fall. More specifically, my favortie type of outfit to wear for a perfect day at the pumpkin patch or on a cozy fall day. Actually gals, this is a short series I’m going to create here on the blog for the month, LEXTOBER. Lex + October, get it? I hope y’all love it!
It’s no doubt that during the month of October, my little heart turns into a pumpkin. During the last few weeks of summer, all the stores start putting out their fall clothing and it makes me so excited for the upcoming season. Summer and fall are the seasons I rush into existence and I’m not sorry about it. During this time of year, I normally find myself looking through Pinterest for different types of fall outfits and the first thing I normally search for is “outfits for pumpkin patches” for inspiration and honestly just to look at the trends. I love fall pictures and the fall aesthetic. So I thought it could be a fun series to create on the blog, LEXTOBER. I’m going to blog my little pumpkin heart out with all things fall this month and I hope y’all love every bit of it. As for today, I hope you love this outfit as much as I do. I love to share these types of outfits with my readers and want it easy for you all to find inspiration. I’ll also be numbering the series here on the blog. I’m hoping this keeps things simple and easy for Y’all.
Let me know what you think and without further ado, let’s get started with LEXTOBER #1!
Sweater: Gabe’s ($12.99)
Flannel Shawl: Gabe’s ($7.99)
Jeans: American Eagle
Boots: Gabe’s ($9.99)
Not only is this a perfect and inexpensive outfit to wear to a pumpkin patch, but it’s also a little preview of my upcoming collaboration with one of my favortie stores to shop at, Gabe’s. Jeans, booties, and a sweater are obviously a ‘go to’ of mine, but what makes this outfit extra trendy is the fall shawl/vest/scarf lookin’ thing! I loved the colors and how it spiced up a basic outfit because ya know, we are not basic around here!
That’s all in today’s post. I can not wait to share more outfits in the October Series of mine. I truly hope Y’all loved it. My thankfulness for your support is endless. Don’t forget to leave links to your blogs and instas, as I would love to check them out and follow you all and connect more. As always, feel free to shoot me a message with blog requests, to chat, or share a simple comment. Sending lots of love and positive thoughts to you guys now and always. Xoxo.
Stay chic,
Lexi 🌻🌻
