Hi, friends.
💛🍂🎃🌼🍃
Happy Thursday! Welcome back to my blog and happy post #2 of LexTober. I hope you’re all liking this series so far. I know I already love writing about all things fall. For today’s post, I’m going to share 5 books you need to read this fall. It’s no secret that I love to read and wish I had more time to sit down and relax with a good book. I wanted to share with you gals my favorite books that give you spooky feels but keep you on your toes. I hope y’all enjoy the post and are ready to get cozy and read on a crisp fall day.
~ It’s 2 am, you look down to find crumbs from your midnight snack sprinkled across your chest. You stumble to the bathroom to brush your teeth before making the final face-plant into bed, only to wake up feeling the guilt of a TV binge hangover. Know the feeling? ~ Well fear not, because like fine wine is to cheap vodka, some hangovers are totally worth it and a reading hangover is unlike any other. I give you my 5 must-read books this fall that are totally worth the reading binge and all the coffees it will take to keep your eyes open the next day.
AWAKE by Natasha Preston
The Cellar by Natasha Preston
The Cabin by Natasha Preston
The Couple Next Door by Shari Lapen
Harry Potter (Series) by J.K. Rowling
Natasha Preston has quickly become one of my favorite authors when it comes to quick reads that make you want to keep turning the pages. The Cabin is by far my favortie, but I just started The Cellar and can already tell I’m going to love it.
The Couple Next Door was one of the top books recommend by Target so I had to snag it and add it to the list. It’s all about everyone worst fear of having their child go missing. Even worse, being the prime suspect. This is a book you’ll be glad you dived in to.
Good ole Harry Potter is a classic must read, but especially during the fall time. I was really into these books when I was younger and I can’t quite put my finger on it but there’s something so cozy about them that takes me back to my childhood. I completely forgot that my Dad got me the last book to the series and I never noticed that he signed it on the inside. It was definitely something special to see.
🎃📖 Happy reading, friends.📚🎃
