Hi, friends.
Happy Tuesday Y’all. Welcome back to LexRayn.com.Oh gosh, things are getting so spooky and I love it. For post #15 in the LEXTOBER series, I’m going to share with you guys a perfect fall night featuring my favortie people, my little brother, and sister. I mean, who doesn’t love eating, creating, and carving to get yourself into the Halloween spirit. So, *Alexa, play the monster mash* and let’s hop right into my version of a perfect fall night!
So, Timehop reminded us that on this exact day last year, my family and I were carving pumpkins together and ironically we already had these plans because we knew we were all off. How funny is that? SpooOoOoOky. To start off this evening, we went to a grocery store that just opened in our town that sells a bunch of healthy and organic foods, similar to a Trader Joes. We purchased a cauliflower pizza crust which we’ve all been dying to try. Snagged some basic pizza toppings, cookies to decorate, snacks and some pumpkin carving kits to get the evening started!
There’s nothing more perfect to me than getting cozy in your Halloween socks and doing some fun Halloween activities with your favortie people. Carving pumpkins always seems easy, but I always have a little trouble. If ya ask me, getting the pumpkin “guts” out is the most fun part! The pizza and cookies turned out great! The snacks were delicious and we were all stuffed.
After we finished cleaning up from all the spooky activities, we decided to grab our favortie blanket and head over to the living room and watch a scary movie together. The older I get, the more I realize how precious times like these are. My siblings are my best friends and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
Well, that’s all in today’s post. I hope y’all enjoyed a little night in my life for this fall season. My thankfulness for your support is endless. Don’t forget to leave links to your blogs and instas, as I would love to check them out and follow you all and connect more. As always, feel free to shoot me a message with blog requests, to chat, or share a simple comment. Happy Halloween eve! Here’s to a great rest of the week. Xoxo.
Stay chic,
Lexi 🌻
