Hi, friends.
Welcome to Lextober, a daily series I’ll be hosting every day this month where I share an abundance of all things fall related— style, food, routines, decor and so much more. The fall season means so much to me and with everything that has happened this year, I feel now it is more important than ever to have this fall related content. Sometimes we need things to take us all out of the scariness of the world. So all you spooky gals, grab yourself a cup of something warm, play your favorite Taylor Swift song, and get yourself cozy for today’s post.
As soon as I heard my local farm got pumpkin’s in I didn’t hesitate to throw on a flannel dress and head over to get myself my first pumpkin of the year. I picked up this dress at Gabe’s for only $10 the day before, it came in two colors — yellow/orange and blue/red. The yellow one caught my eye (for obvious reasons) and I thought it would be perfect for the transition of the weather. I styled it with a yellow cardigan because who doesn’t love a good cardigan during the fall? I ended up taking it off because it was a little on the warmer side that day. I think dresses and booties are perfect for the first few weeks of fall.

I was debating on getting some mums also, but I deiced to wait a little longer because of the warm weather still sticking around for a little longer, but I couldn’t help but look at all the mums anyways. I ended up picking up fresh tomatoes for my step-dad and a bag of honey crisp apples!
Well, friends. That’s all for today’s post. My thankfulness for your support is endless. Don’t forget to leave links to your blogs and instas, as I would love to check them out and follow you all and connect more. As always, feel free to shoot me a message with blog requests, to chat, or share a simple comment. Sending lots of love and positive thoughts to you guys now and always.
