Hey loveeees! 💛🚴🏽
I’m just going to make a quick blog post and update ya’ll on how I’ve been keeping up with my goal of trying to become a healthier of myself! So since you’ve all been along on this journey of mine since the new year, I thought I’d share what I’ve done the past two days since I was off and it was beautiful outside!🌞
Let’s start with yesterday! I started my morning by talking my dog for a walk. Then my FitBit Alta arrived in the mail and I couldn’t be more excited. I’ve been waiting for this to come out since Christmas when I researched them! So far I’m obsessed with it. I immediately felt motivated to workout so I ran to JCP to grab some cute workout clothes because who doesn’t love that! I then picked my sister up from school and we went out to South Park and we did a mixture of walking and jogging along the trail for a little over an hour. We also played on the swings for a little and ran around like little kids. We had so much fun!🌸

For today, I woke up early and felt the urge to get out and move (plus my Fitbit reminded me to start moving!) so I hopped out of bed, changed into something presentable to wear outside and walked my dog! After that, my friend and I decided to go out biking. We rented some bikes with comfy seats (highly recommend that😂) They were only $5 for an hour or $15 for all day. And when you think about it, it’s super inexpensive compared to going out to eat or anything along those lines, plus you’re doing something good for your body! We also hiked through out the woods and climbed up trees, it was a lot of fun and not to mention good for you!

If anyone was wondering my entire outfit is from JCP, except for my shoes and hat! I bought my shoes at the Nike Outlet last summer and the hat is from Target. I wasn’t kidding from my post yesterday, I’m seriously starting to obsess over hats. lol. But girls, you’re all beautiful in every single way exactly as you are. I’m not trying to promote that you all need to lose weight. My point of making this post is to encourage you all to follow my steps and get outside and move because it’s a lot of fun! And if I can do it, so can you. Do active things for your body, you’ll feel amazing after. I will most definitely be coming back to bike again very soon! 💛🌸🌞🚴🏽 Plus, I know I’ve always loved taking fun pictures so adventuring with your friends outside can make for a whole bunch of cute pictures for Insta! I mean who doesn’t love that?! 🙆🏼
