How are you all today? I’m doing well! I’ve been pretty busy lately as I’m sure you all have been during this time of the year AKA finals! I’m back with a new post for you guys because relaxed mornings are the absolute best things in the world and I’m hoping to have one soon. Who else feels this way?! Life gets busy but you can’t forget to make time for yourself! You’re mental health is SO important and I hope everyone understands this.
But I can’t take all the credit, this posts inspiration came from another blogger pal of mine! I love watching youtube videos like this so as soon as I saw posts like this I knew I had to share what my mornings are typically like in the Spring time when I’m off! 😋 Unfortunately, I do not always have time to do all these things but it does help me appreciate these days more! It’s these small hours of the day where I feel most awake and end up being productive because I’m doing things for myself! I’ve been working on this post for awhile because I didn’t always have time to take the photos, so I’m super excited to finally share it with y’all! It’s something out of my blogging norms, I’m trying to shake things up a bit so tell me what you think 😊 AnywhoOOooO my loves, Let’s get into the post by following my pictures along to see what my “ideal” mornings consists of!
- Wake-up 💤⏰
I typically wake up and lay in bed for a little before I actually get up, I kind of just relax and let my body wake up!
- Check my social media 📱💻
You know, you have to check Ig, Twitter, Snapchat, FB, the blog, everrrrythang in the morning! Who doesn’t do this?!
- Make coffee ☕️☕️
My mornings tend to be pretty crappy if I don’t drink some coffee to get that boost of energy in my system. Plus, drinking coffee is a comfort thing, it’s an easier way to wake-up your body!

- Eat breakfast 🍳🍳
I typically eat two eggs every morning, I cut out my bread intake though because I really feel that I don’t need it! #HealthyLifestyle 😉 Also, with it being Spring time and is having nice sunny days I’ll sit outside and eat because sunshine is my favorite. It honestly puts me in a good mood! 🌞🌞
- Take a shower 🛀🏼🛀🏼
If I have an early morning I’ll shower at night, but if I know I’ll have time in the AM I’ll wait to shower in the morning because I like to let my hair dry while I’m getting ready vs soaking my pillow when I’m sleeping. Do you guys feel me? 😂
- Get ready for the day 💄👗👓
So this would be applying my face lotion, putting in my contacts, doing nothing hair & Make-up, getting dressed (aka changing 500 times), etc. You know the deal!
- Go for a run/walk my dog/some physically activity 🚴🏼🏃🏼🐶
I try to do this as much as possible no matter what my day is going to consist of because doing physical activity produces good endorphins and you of course need that to help get through the stresses of the day! It also helps get my steps in for my FitBit which helps for my #HealthyLifestyle 😉
