Good morning loves! 💛🌸🌻
Happy Monday! I just woke up a little bit ago, made myself some coffee, and i’m sitting at my desk starting to write this blog post before I have to get ready for work. Honestly this is one of my favorite ways to start my morning! I hope you all have a fabulous or summer if you’re done with school!
With that being said, let me get into the swing of things and first tell you about this day before I get into my outfit. On Tuesday, I went to the Three Rivers Art Festival for the 3rd time in my life, with my friend after I was done with work. It’s something that Pittsburgh has every year and it’s free to go to. A bunch of Artists have white tents set up in a row showing off their creations whether it be paintings, jewelry, carved wood, blown glass, photography, pottery, clothing, really anything! This year my favorite was these hand carved wooden flowers that were hand painted by the mans wife. They were different from anything I’ve ever seen and I think that’s what caught my eye! All the people at the Art Fest are extremely creative. But for not let’s get into my outfit for that day and keep scrolling to the end to see other pictures from the Arts Fest, especially those wooden flowers!
Jeans: AEO ($19.99)
Sandals: Target ($5.98 )
Purse: Fossil ( Marshalls $39.99)
Typically I would’ve wanted to wear a dress or a romper, but it was a chilly day. In the 60s, it wasn’t bad when the sun was shinning, but it was windy and when you’re down by the point it’s colder. I decided to wear jeans and a crop top. These jeans are originally from American Eagle, but I snagged them at Marshalls for $19.99 (well with my discount like $15) When I saw them hanging I knew I had to buy them 1. it was such a good deal 2. They’re cute mom jeans with rips (!!!!!! my FAV !!!!!) I paired them with this shirt, thanks to my friend who helped my deiced, because I ripped out everything in my closet in the process. Whenever I hear the word Festival, I automatically think a floral shirt that’s flowy or off the shoulder so this top was perffffff. The sandals were also a good buy from last year at the end of the season at Target, I got such a good deal and the same exact shoes are at Target now for $22.99, SOOO I lucked out on these ones!
My hair & make-up: Softly curled my hair that was middle parted with my wand. I contoured my face with my Anastasia Contour Kit, NAKED on my eyes, Lancome Liquid Eyeliner, elf brow pencil, and Urban Decay Perversion mascara.
Ps. My flowers around my wrist are just a headband!🌸🌻
