Back To School Haul & #DIY πŸ“šπŸ“ŽπŸ“πŸŽ

Hi loves!πŸŒ»πŸŒΈπŸ’›

It’s nice to talk to you all again! It seems like these days go by so quickly and without even blinking tomorrow is my first day of my Fall semester.. and I’m now 20 years old as of August 17th! 🌞 I’m super excited to start my classes because I’ve decided to switch my major away from nursing to something I feel that is more me! Business Management! πŸ’Ό Although it’s almost as if I’m starting over completely, I’m very happy and excited for what’s to come in my future journey ahead!

Anyways, I went a little crazy with buying back to school things due to all my excitement, but the stuff I got was super cute and great deals. If you ask me, that makes it okay! With that being said, this post is going to be all about my school stuff.. some what of a mini “haul” I decided to decorate my binders for fun this year and I thought I’d share my little idea with you all in case you guys wanted to do something fun and different! Let’s get started yayayaya weeeee 🌸🌸

All of the school items that I purchased were either from Target or Office Max/Office Depot (They’re apparently the same company now?! Who knew?!) The best deals though were at Office Max by far, if you haven’t gone shopping yet for school I definitely recommend going there first! They had the cutest stuff too, and if you’re going to buy them might as well get the cutest ones… right?! Ps. My book bag is Vera Bradley!

Things I always buy:

  • Pencils
  • Pens (all colors of course)
  • Planner (!!!)
  • Note-cards
  • Binders
  • Folders
  • Notebooks

A tip I have for you guys is to always buy a good bit of this stuff because these school sales do not last forever.. And when they’re back to normal you won’t want to pay them. I purchased at 25 pack of BIC mechanical pencils for $1.00, and they’re normally $8.00 and then a pack of pens, note-cards, and crayons for $0.10! Seriously guys, stock up while you can because you’ll need it eventually! I mean it! πŸ˜‹πŸ˜Š (says the broke college student)

Okay, okay, okay, obviously I’m still a child and love being creative with my school stuff, so for this little DIY all you need is: binders, card-stock, scissors, and tape! It’s really simple, you just find card-stock you like and cut them up into whatever design you want it to be! I found a booklet of different fun designs for around $5.00. I thought it would be cute to do a random “clustered” pattern for my white binder since it was so plain and then a cute watermelon idea for my yellow binder! It’s so simple and easy but looks super cute! I love decorating things and making them my own, this definitely puts a special touch to make them mine!

Alright my loves, that’s all I have for this post today. I hope you all enjoyed it as much as I enjoyed writing it and planning it. If you’re new here, welcome! Feel free to stop back anytime since I post randomly.😊 Don’t forget to shoot me a message with blog requests, to chat, or share a simple comment! Wish me luck and good luck to everyone who’s starting school soon! It’s going to be a great semester for all of us.But for now, i’m going to hit the hay.. xoxo πŸ’‹

Stay chic,
