Hi babes! 💛
Happy Wednesday pretties and #DIY day! I hope everyone’s week is going well! Today after I was done with my classes I was thinking that it’s been awhile since I cleaned my car and since I had some free time why not clean it! When I started to vacuum the inside of my car, it began to pour outside.. go figure lol. So what’s better than a little “do it yoooooo self” on a rainy afternoon! This one was quick and made perfecting timing for when the rain stopped. As you guys probably know, my favorite flower in the entire world is a sunflower and I’m obsessed with car air-fresheners ever since I got my first car. So here’s a little #DIY sunflower air-freshener I made and the steps on how I did it so you guys can try it too if you want! 🌻
- Laundry Pins
- Hot Glue Gun (with glue obviiii)
- Essential Oil
Step 1: Hot glue the green pom-poms onto the end of the laundry pin that clips to act as the flowers stem. I used 3 pom-poms!
Step 2: Hot glue the black and yellow pom-poms together into a flower shape, one black and 5 yellow!
Step 3: Wait until the glue has dried on the flower shape you’ve made and then glue it onto the laundry pin at the other end from where you glued them stem!
Step 4: Take a couple drops of any essential oil you have and put them onto the pom-poms that are glued onto the laundry pin to act as the air freshener! I used vanilla pumpkin that I purchased at Burlington for $2.99!
Step 5: Clip them onto your car air vents and you’re all set!
Well that’s all for today’s post. I hope you all enjoyed it as much as I did writing it! I can’t get over how funny the word pom-pom is. Don’t forget to shoot me a message with blog requests, to chat, or share a simple comment, I am more than happy to talk to you lovelies! Thank you so much for reading and visiting, my thankfulness for your support is endless. I hope you all have the best week, talk to y’all Friday! Xoxo.
