Hi, Friends!
This past weekend I had the best time with my best friend celebrating my 21st birthday a little early, two months to be exact. My pal, Brenna bought us concert tickets to one of our favorite singers, and the closest I’ll ever be to liking country, Sam Hunt!
As a little bit of a background on her, she is the photographer behind a lot of my blog posts and is not afraid to allow anywhere we go to turn into a photo shoot. She has helped me grow into where I am today with my own little corner of the internet. To me, she is the definition of a best friend. She helps me be the best version of myself that I can be. The version that is quick with a smile, that is full of hope, and that radiates courage. These are the important attributes to have, and that are nurtured by the right friends. Being able to bring those qualities out in us is what separates just a so-so friend to a good friend, and a good friend to a great friend. Sometimes life can drag us down, but at the same time, a friend will be right there to pick us back up. My endless amount of thankfulness goes to my beautiful best friend. Here’s to our twenties being full of our “selfish years” and nothing but positivity. Love you always.🌼🌸
Aside from my best friend appreciation post, I’m here to share with Y’all a quick outfit of the day from the concert and a few photos to go along with it! So without further ado, let’s get into it!
Romper: Marshalls $16.99
Shoes: Express – Gabes $7.99
There’s nothing that brightens up a day quite like a bright floral romper that looks like a dress! It’s the perfect mix of classic femininity and a bit of flirty fun. I don’t think I’ll be able to take it off the rest of summer! I HIGHLY recommend a romper for a concert. You guys know I love dresses more than anything in this world, but they’re not practical if you’re going to be jumping around and singing your heart out (like I did on Saturday). Plus, isn’t this romper pattern adorable?! It’s floral, but it’s soft and country looking at the same time. PERFECT.
Well loves, that’s all for today’s post. My thankfulness for your support is endless. Don’t forget to leave links to your blogs and instas, as I would love to check them out and follow you all and connect more. As always, feel free to shoot me a message with blog requests, to chat, or share a simple comment, I am more than happy to talk to you lovelies! Sending lots of love and positive thoughts to you guys. Love Y’all lots. Xoxo.
Stay chic,
Lexi 🌻🌻
