The Perfect Summer Maxi Dress | #ootd 🌼🌸

Hi, babes! 🌼🌸

Happy Monday to you all. I hope you’re out and about starting your week off fabulously whether it be with work, school, a pool day, a run, etc. I started two new summer classes once again today for my second session of summer. So far, so good. I’m always excited when I start new classes because I love fresh starts. I’m attending a class at a different campus than I’m used to and I find it to be more exciting this way, a nice little change. This campus is beautiful and I’d love to attend some classes here in the fall because I have no doubt that the changing of the leaves will only enhance its beauty. I’m currently sitting in a coffee shop writing this blog post and I’m as happy as can be. The sun’s shining bright and I’m taking it in. I’d love to start making more college-related posts here on LexRayn.com. Although I love to spill out my life details to Y’all, I’m actually here to share another outfit post featuring the most beautiful dress. It caught my eye and then next thing I know it was in my closet! I’m in love with these photos and I hope Y’all find some positivity out of them. So without further ado, let’s get on into my outfit!

Shoes: Marshalls ($34.99 –> Clearance $24.00)

First off, this dress is the definition of a happy summer day. I love the colors, the floral print, the neckline, the length, and not to mention the open back! It is the perfect dress, obviously. Because of the higher neckline and open back, I didn’t know what type of bra to wear. To solve that problem, I just didn’t wear one and I felt as if you couldn’t even tell and it was nice to not have any straps showing with the open back. Needless to say, I was feeling a little daring and I believe I pulled it off! I paired the dress with my favorite tan block heels that I’ve mentioned many times on my blog this season to finish off the look. I felt beautiful in this dress, a perfect way to perk up anyone’s mood.

Well loves, that’s all for today’s post. My thankfulness for your support is endless. Don’t forget to leave links to your blogs and instas, as I would love to check them out and follow you all and connect more. As always, feel free to shoot me a message with blog requests, to chat, or share a simple comment, I am more than happy to talk to you lovelies! Sending lots of love and positive thoughts to you guys. Love Y’all lots. Xoxo.

Stay chic,

Lexi 🌻🌻

  2. Absolutely gorgeous, like you said that dress is the definition of a happy summer day, so effortless but chic, I am obsessed for real. And btw going braless is the best feeling ever especially with this type of dress, which simply loses all the essence of femininity when two bra straps are shown when they are not supposed to.

    Lovely blog and post
