Yikes! We’re having some cold weather here in PA and I’m not a fan, as I’m sure Y’all know from previous winters on the blog. Actually, we’re in that time of year again, the time I absolutely dread every year… the middle of that awkward season between Christmas and spring when you’re not really sure what to wear. Right now it’s seven degrees outside with snow on the ground, but if you’re anything like me, you’ve already moved straight into dreaming about sunny skies and spring styles. Unfortunetly, the odds are that most of us have at least a couple more months of cold ahead! But a girl can dream, right?
Anyways, I’m back to share with y’all the only thing that will be getting me through the weather. Athleisure and C O A T S! I’ve been buying a ton of these pieces lately. I’m completely obsessed with coats for the first time in my life, their prices are SO good right now. Plus, you have to meet the cold with some color to get through these months. During my latest virtual Shein shopping trip, I looked for bright, happy colors in cozy favorites so that I’m able to stay weather-ready while still celebrating the upcoming spring that I’m already dreaming about. So pour yourself a cup of coffee and enjoy today’s blog post. I’m so happy to be writing to y’all.
Crewneck: Aerie ($15.00)
Leggings: Aerie ($19.00)
Coat: Shein ($24.00)
Shoes: DSW (Gift)
Hat: Nike ($18.00)
This super soft, pink teddy coat (linked here) is a great piece for keeping you warm through these bitter cold days in January. And Y’all, it’s currently on sale! We’re talking from $24 to just $20 with the code Q1lexrayn15. The quality is amazing, and the color is so vibrant and fun. Realistically, I do not like to dress up for errands or class when it’s bitter freezing out. This is a great way to dress up a basic athleisure outfit. For size reference, I ordered a size medium and it’s a little on the big size. I wish I would’ve gone smaller. Bundling up for cold weather doesn’t have to be boring, like this cute teddy coat shows. I hope you’re finding ways to include color in your cold-weather ensembles, too!
Well, That’s all in today’s post. I’d love to hear how you keep warm during the cold months in the comments below! My thankfulness for your support is endless.
