Hi, friends.
It’s Monday and we’re back on the grind of the school week and LexTober day 5. I don’t have any classes today, but I use Mondays as my days to catch up with anything due this upcoming week. Today we’re celebrating my little brother’s 19th birthday, so it’s a good Monday! In this Lextober post I’m sharing a fall outfit idea, obviously, one of my favortie posts to share. On this day I went to a local park and visited the animals. There’s chickens, turkeys, cows, goats, a random cat, you name it! This spot always has the prettiest leaves and they’re always the first ones to change, so I make a trip out here early fall every year and it never disappoints.
If you’ve been a reader of mine for a while, it will come to no shock to you that the color yellow is my favortie and I love to wear it every season. This mustard button-down dress was originally from American Eagle, but I snagged it at Gabe’s for just $12.99. It instantly caught my eye and it also came in an army green color, so of course, I had to get that one too! Stay tuned, how I styled that one will be going live tomorrow.
It’s a very simple dress, so adding the flannel around my waist helped give it a little something! Since I was walking around a good bit, I thought my vans would be the perfect shoe for style and comfort! Unfortunately I can’t link Gabe’s clothes, but overall the style inspo is the most important! Like always, I’ll be linking something similar below.
Outfit Details: Dress, Flannel, Shoes
Well, friends. That’s all for today’s post. I’m about to head out to dinner for my brother’s birthday! My thankfulness for your support is endless. Don’t forget to leave links to your blogs and instas, as I would love to check them out and follow you all and connect more. As always, feel free to shoot me a message with blog requests, to chat, or share a simple comment. Sending lots of love and positive thoughts to you guys now and always.
